Nice that the hotel is in the heart of the city. The rooms are modern and have ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS views of english bay. There is a lot of facilities in the room such as : wireless internet, soft sheets and dresser.

Super location, large room, large bed, friendly staff.
View would have been nice but maybe we had it a little calmer in the back ... Breakfast was not included and was on the menu to order instead of self-service ... and not what we wanted.

I recently vacationed with a group of friends and we had a blast! The location is ideal, close to English Bay and Stanley Park for fine views. We loved the vibe and the friendly staff. Don't miss breakfast. It offers a fantastic view to kick off your day!
The only downside was that the furniture in our room felt a bit dated with some minor issues, like a troublesome pull-out couch. But it didn't ruin our fun overall.

The location across from English Bay is fantastic, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing. Checking in felt a bit brusque, and the room numbering was puzzling. Still, the views and character of the hotel made it worthwhile.

Great food and service downstairs, have always loved the location. Didn't realize that we need to book a suite to have morning coffee in the room.
It's all about coffee!
